Papaya (Carica papaya) Tree-like, yet actually a large herb which grows 6-10ft in the first year, and eventually can grow to 20-30ft. The large, variously-lobed leaves grow in a spiral on almost horizontal stems 1-3ft long. The fruit grows clustered close to the "trunk," and is deep yellow-orange when ripe. This tropical botanical print is boxed within a gold border, and comes with an 18" x 24" single white mat. It features geckoes (tropical lizards) in a copper-edged box.
