Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. As makers, we create each piece with great care and attention to detail. If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Our goal is to bring you smiles.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date received.
Should you choose to send it back to us, you will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. We’ll work with you to replace the item you purchased with something similar or another piece of the same value. After considering your options, if you prefer a refund we will do so promptly, deducting your initial shipping cost.

To be eligible for returns or refunds, please send us your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It’s best to use the original packaging or have it professionally packed and shipped for your convenience.  If necessary, you'll need to be able to provide proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, returned to us in its original condition, we’ll notify you so we can discuss your exchange options.  
If, instead of a refund, you choose to replace the original item you purchased with another piece, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you!
